Role summary
Aberrant AI is looking for a high-agency operator to work directly with the founders across GTM, product feedback, fundraising, hiring, and strategic execution.
This is not a coordination role. This is an execution role.
You will help convert founder intent into shipped work, closed loops, customer momentum, and operating discipline.
Responsibilities
- Run weekly founder priority tracking.
- Prepare customer and investor meetings.
- Own follow-ups from founder-led sales calls.
- Build and maintain CRM, customer research, and GTM trackers.
- Draft proposals, one-pagers, investor updates, and product notes.
- Convert customer conversations into structured product feedback.
- Support hiring pipelines and candidate research.
- Own special projects across GTM, partnerships, fundraising, and operations.
- Build lightweight internal systems before things break.

- Strong written communication.

- Can use AI tools aggressively.
- Strong research and synthesis.
- Comfortable with customers.
- Can build simple models, trackers, and dashboards.

- Early-stage startup operator.
- VC or accelerator portfolio operator.
- Founder's office at a fast-moving startup.
- Consulting plus real startup/operator experience.
- Product ops or GTM ops.
- Ex-founder, even if previous venture failed.
